Thank you for your interest in GEMS Virgin Hair's Custom Units. This is the deposit form to solidify your reservation in our wig customization orders. After you fill out this form you will receive an invoice via email to pay your $50 deposit that will go towards the balance of your wig. Once your deposit is paid, we will schedule a consultation to discuss the customizations of your unit. After our call an invoice will be sent to you for the remaining balance on the order. All custom units are individually priced by length, texture, construction, & coloring.
